Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate on core features that power our communities

  • Write code with clarity and extensibility in mind

  • Strengthen internal developer tools alongside fellow engineers

  • Code courageously with discipline to bring light to problems and make it right

Required Skills

  • You've written and architected Elixir/Typescript applications that require scalability, performance, and security.

  • Strong technical background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.

  • A highly analytical mindset and eagerness to solve technical problems with data structures, pipelines, stores, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.

  • Demonstrated success in building systems/libraries that meet requirements around monitoring and stability.

  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn, independently, make decisions that build towards larger shared goals and intents

  • At some point in your life, someone has told you — "that’s some good code".
